Junior Section

	Lt. Patil Sandip Kesgounda- M.com,B.Ed He is joined institute in 8th August, 2005 in this college, for Book Keeping & Accountancy subject in Junior College Section. He also completed M.Com in Advanced Accountancy& Auditing and graduation from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is an Associate NCC Officer in this college. For that he was completed three months PRCN(Pre Commission NCC-Course) training12th July 2010 to 09th Oct 2010 at kamptee. & he gets commission to Lieutenant Rank. He was Attended many NCC National & state Camps as an NCC Officer. He was also completed in service Training for Senior Grade which is organized by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune Divisional Board, Pune, at Ahmednagar College, Ahmednagar .His expertise knowledge is helpful for syllabus forming of Maharashtra state Mukta Vidyalaya. He is active Member of Dakshin Bharat Jain Sabah’s “Jain Graduate Association” Solapur Branch. & also he takes active part in social services in society. He develops strong patriotism and discipline among students through NCC.
	Mr. Dhanappa A. Gornale- M.Sc.B.Ed. He is having 18 years of reach teaching experience in Mathematics Subject. He has been teaching mathematics for Senior College, Engineering college of our institution, professional courses like B.C.A., B.B.A. He also guide the students for CA – CPT foundation. His Skills are used in teaching the students of Science for MHT – CET (Engineering). His core area has also been transmitted to HSC Board, Pune through which he has worked as state level resource person for 11th and 12th syllabus. He has seeked ICT training program. He is a simple person to believes ‘Teaching is twice learning’.
	Mr. Bhimgonda R.Patil- M.com., M.A.- Economics,B.Ed,GDC&A) He teaches accountancy & Economics in our institution since 2006.he has completed his graduation and post graduation from shivaji university Kolhapur . His total teaching experience of 15 years out of which 4 years he taught in Gogte Jogalekar College of Commerce, Ratnagiri. He is attended various national level seminars and workshops. He has attended 20 days orientation course at Delhi which is organized by ministry of cultural department of India. (CCRT-New Delhi). He is active member of Marathi Sahitya Parishad Yuva Samiti, Solapur. He is committee member of Diploma Youth Festival. He is artistic person. He writes short poems. He is actively participate in various social work groups. He has been judge in various state level elocutions competition and delivered guest lectures on his subject area and social issue. He is also a resource person of Economics at HSC Board Training program.
	Mr. Devsale A. G.- M.A. B.Ed. He joined this institute on 15th June 2009 and having more than 13 years of teaching experience. He teaches Marathi & Environment Science for F.Y.J.C. and S.Y.J.C. He has completed graduation and post graduation from Swami Ramanand Tirth Marathwada University, Nanded. He has completed Bachelor in Education from Solapur University, Solapur. His area of interest in Marathi literature, Research and Analysis in Marathi Literature. He has attended orientation course which is organized by ministry of cultural department of India. (CCRT-New Delhi). He has attended national seminar & workshop related to Marathi Literature. He has also been a judge in various district & state level elocution competition. He has delivered guest lectures on his core subject as well as on Jain religion. He has published paper on Jain Poojan Vidhi and 2 papers on Marathi Literature. His articles being published in various news papers and magazines. He has attended a workshop on ‘Film Appreciation’ with well known Film Director Jabbar Patel and Mr. Samar Nakate. He is pursuing Ph.D. in ‘Marathi Kadambarivar adharit Marathi chitrapatancha toulnik abbhyas 1970 -2015’ from Swami Ramanand Tirth Marathwada University, nanded. He is a member of Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad, Sane Guruji Kathamala, Vruttapatra lekhak Manch, Solapur. He also participate in various social and cultural activities of Pani Foundation, Bhartiy Jain Sanghatana.
	Mr. Kasture Amol S.- M.A. M.Ed. He is master in Economics and Education. He completed his master from Shivaji University Kolhapur. He has 11 years experience in teaching, learning and evaluation. He is attended various national level seminars and workshops related Economics. He has delivered guest lectures in various college regarding HSC board practical and theory exam. He guide and motivate the students to participate in various competitive exams. He is actively participate in various social work groups. He has also been a judge in various district & state level elocution competition. He has delivered guest lectures on his core subject.
	Mrs. Shah Rashmi - M.Com., M.A., B.Ed. She has joined the institute on 13th Jan 2010. She has completed M.Com in Business Administration from Pune University, M.A.in Hindi from Shivaji University,Kolhapur, with additional degree in Bachelors Of Education Degree and certificate course in MSCIT from Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited. Though trained to cover all curriculum subjects, her subject of specialization is Organization of Commerce & Management. In addition to academics, Mrs Rashmi Shah is actively involved in developing the artistic and cultural aspects of students’ personality.
	Mrs. Kudal Shireesha- M.A., B.A., B.Ed. Mrs. Shirisha Kudal has more than 13 years of teaching experience. She teaches English & Environmental Science for F.Y.J.C and S.Y.J.C. She has completed her graduation from Gulbarga University and her post- graduation from Solapur University. Her area of interest is English Literature, Research & Analysis, Communication Skills and Kannada Literature. She has attended national seminars & workshops related to literature. She has also been a judge in various district & state level elocution competitions in schools & colleges. By her creative, friendly & efficient teaching skills, she makes the subject look easy & interesting.
	Miss. Sakale Smita J.- M.Com., B.Ed. She joined this institution in 2014.Her total work experience is 5 years out of which she worked 02 year to Senior College. She joined junior college in 2016 as a Assistant Teacher. She teaches two subjects, Secretarial Practice and Organization of commerce and management. She has completed her B.Com., M.Com from Shivaji University and completed B.Ed. from Solapur University. She guides students in practical work and she motivates them for to participate in extra curricular activities and competitive exams.
	Mr. Pramod P. Wadkar- M.Com., B.Ed., G.D.C.&A.SET(Commerce) He is having teaching experience of 08 years. He is currently working as a Assistant Teacher in Secretarial Practice. He has completed M.com. from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has attended and published two international and one national level research paper. He is pursuing his M.phil from Shivaji university, Kolhapur.
Vocational Faculty
	Mr.Prashant M. Khot - M.com, M.B.A, B.Ed., GDCA&A He teaches office Management (A-7) as a Full Time Practical Teacher since 2012 in this institution . He has total teaching experience of 9 years out of which 3 years in senior college. He taught Management and Accountancy for B.com in Shivaji University Kolhapur. He has attended national level conference. He has done his M.B.A in financial management. He is conducting various filed visits and Study Tour to the students for the practical experience. His main focus is on practical work of vocational department . As a teacher he can be best described as a compass that activates magnets of curiosity , knowledge and wisdom in students. His expertise lines in organizing and executing work given to him diligently and effectively.
	Mrs. Minal N Pandhare- M.Com, M.B.A She joined this institution in 2005. Her total work experience is 14 years out of which 10 years she taught to B.B.A. Students and from 2015 she joined Junior College in Vocational Department as a Full Time Teacher and teaches Office Management (A-7) subject . She completed her B. Com, M. Com in Advanced Accountancy and MBA Specialized in Finance & Marketing from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She is also pursuing P.hd. Degree in Commerce Field from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. As Management faculty she has presented research papers in various National and International conferences. She guides and motivates students in practical work and projects so as to develop managerial skills. She always motivates students to participate in various events to develop their Communication and Personality.
	Miss. Rujuta Shah- M.Com, M.B.A She joined this institution in 2012. Her total work experience is 6 years out of which she taught 3 years to MBA students and she joined Junior College in 2015 in Vocational Department as a Full time teacher for Banking [A-5] subject. She completed her bachelor and master in advance costing from Shivaji University. Her MBA specialization in Finance and Human Resource management from Solapur University . She gives practical exposure to students through Bank Visits and always try to update knowledge.
	CMA Amol Arvind Kshirsagar - M.Com.,CMA(ICWA) He joined college on 2nd January, 2015 in Vocational Dept. for Banking subject as Full Time Teacher (Practical). He is a qualified CMA (ICWA) securing Merit Certificate in Final Exam conducted by The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Kolkata. He has completed M.Com in Advanced Accountancy from Solapur University and has also cleared two modules of NCFM conducted by National Stock Exchange in Capital Market and Derivative Market. His experience in the industry also helps in giving practical exposure to students in the form of contribution in conducting various practical sessions, bank visits etc. He has delivered guest lectures on various topics and he is our one of the college alumnus. His paper is also been published in National level conference. CMA Amol has been selected as Executive Director of Managing Director’s Committee of ICMAI Solapur Chapter. He interacts with banking industry very effectively through bank visits. He also emphasis to bring industry expertise in college platform to guide and share their experience with students.
